Fantastic resort, fantastic amenities, with great pools and a helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile and were willing to assist, making our stay very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay, especially with the lovely evening entertainment and the fantastic buffet that always had something delicious to offer. Our room was spacious and had a gorgeous sea view. The facilities were great for families, making it a perfect stay for us!

The kids enjoyed the splash zone, but the check-in process was frustratingly slow.

Overall, the hotel had a good atmosphere with family-friendly facilities and decent food. Some issues with cleanliness and the quality of drinks were notable, but the pool areas were enjoyable and well-maintained. The location was somewhat hilly, which could be challenging for some guests.

Extensive entertainment options for the whole family.

During my stay, I faced numerous disappointments. The saltwater pools were shocking, especially for my kids—they didn't enjoy swimming at all. The staff seemed indifferent and far from welcoming, which only added to the overall negativity of the experience. I also couldn't secure a reservation at the a la carte restaurant, despite planning ahead, leaving us stuck with the buffet.

I had a great time at the Royal & Imperial Belvedere Resort. The variety of food impressed me. there was always something tasty at the buffet. The pools were beautiful, especially the upper one with stunning views. My room had a lovely sea view as well. The staff was friendly, always smiling and eager to help. I really enjoyed the kids' club activities. The wellness center offered some amazing treatments, and getting our kids private tennis lessons was the highlight for them. I found the beach a bit of a trek. Walking to Star Beach took about 15 minutes, though the shuttle service was available. At times, it felt crowded around the pools and dining areas, which could be overwhelming during peak hours. Overall, a pleasurable stay despite some minor quirks. Would definitely return!

Just came back from a 6-night fam trip and it was fab! The animation team is legendary, super friendly and always in a good mood. Our room had a great view and was kept really clean. The restaurants and bars offered a lot of choices, but the classic Greek food was kinda hit or miss. Also, there were tons of sunbeds, but gotta get up early for the best spots!
